These terms apply to all wildlife tours, safaris, camps and trips organised by Biosphere Holidays.

Booking & Payment +

We confirm your seat only upon receipt of 100% payment from your side.

Refund Policy +

Customised Tours

Before 30 Days from date of Departure	No Refund
Before 45 Days from date of Departure	20% Refund
Before 55 Days from date of Departure	30% Refund
Before 60 Days from date of Departure	60% Refund

One Day Tours

Cancellation	Refund Amount
Before 12 Days from date of Departure	No Refund
Before 24 Days from date of Departure	50% Refund

Group Tours

Cancellation	Refund Amount
Before 30 Days from date of Departure	No Refund
Before 45 Days from date of Departure	20% Refund
Before 55 Days from date of Departure	40% Refund
Before 60 Days from date of Departure	70% Refund

For any refund / cancellation / transfer of name case our decision will be final and binding in all cases. BIOSPHERE HOLIDAYS reserves all rights.

Participant Rules +

Adult participants must carry identity proof such as voter ID, PAN card or driving license during travel and safaris.
We reserve all rights to incorporate new rules or change existing rules for all trips, camps, tours and safaris. Our decision will be final and binding.
Cooperation with the tour / camp / safari leader is expected on all counts.
We reserve the right to change or cancel some tour programs owing to unavoidable circumstances.

Accommodation & Food +

All tours include good quality vegetarian food.
Non-vegetarian food will be provided based on availability.
Jain food can be arranged with prior intimation.
Allotment of rooms or tents will be as per the camp or tour leader's decision.

Transport & Travel Conditions +

Railways have a computerized reservation system and seat allocation must be accepted.
If the participant cannot board the train / bus / flight due to delay from their side, extra expenses will be borne by the participant.
If train / bus / flight gets delayed or cancelled, extra expenses incurred will have to be borne by the participant.

Risk & Liability Disclaimer +

Participants travel at their own risk for all tours, camps and safaris.
Neither Biosphere Holidays nor its staff accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, accident or death during the trip.
We do not bear responsibility for dissatisfaction, loss of life, property damage or consequences arising from natural calamities, strikes, accidents, delays or breakdown of services.

Personal Expenses +

Personal expenses such as shopping, cold drinks, mineral water, laundry, telephone charges and extra safari are not included in the tour cost.

Acceptance of Terms +

All participants enrolling for any tour, camp or safari are considered to have read and accepted all rules and regulations of Biosphere Holidays.
